1. General Policy
ACP BILL provides subscription-based software services. Because access to the service may begin immediately after successful payment, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your ACP BILL subscription by contacting ACP BILL through the support contact provided on this website.
Cancellation prevents or stops future subscription renewal, where applicable. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the account holder to a refund for a subscription period that has already started.
Access may continue until the end of the applicable paid subscription period unless the account is suspended or terminated earlier in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in circumstances such as:
- A duplicate payment caused by a technical or payment-processing issue.
- A payment being successfully debited but the corresponding subscription not being activated because of a confirmed technical failure.
- An incorrect charge caused by an ACP BILL billing error.
- Another exceptional circumstance where ACP BILL determines that a refund is appropriate.
Approval of a refund is at the discretion of ACP BILL, subject to applicable law and the particular circumstances of the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Except where required by applicable law or where ACP BILL determines otherwise, refunds generally will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
- Failure to use the service after purchasing it.
- Failure to use all available features during the subscription period.
- Cancellation after the subscription period has already started.
- Unused days or unused portions of a subscription.
- Failure to review the selected plan or price before payment.
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
5. Free Trials
ACP BILL may provide free or promotional trial periods for eligible plans.
Trial duration and conditions may vary depending on the subscription plan or promotional offer.
A trial does not guarantee a refund for any amount that has already been legitimately charged.
Promotional or trial coupons may be subject to separate eligibility and validity conditions.
6. Trial Activation Payment
Where a trial requires an activation payment, the applicable amount will be displayed before payment is completed.
If an eligible promotional offer makes the trial activation amount zero, no payment will be required for that activation.
7. Monthly and Yearly Plans
ACP BILL may offer both monthly and yearly billing options.
The yearly option may be offered at a discounted price compared with purchasing the monthly subscription for twelve individual months.
Once a yearly subscription has been purchased, the amount paid for that yearly subscription is generally non-refundable solely because the user later chooses not to continue using the service.
8. Discounted Prices and Coupons
Promotional prices and coupon discounts may be subject to specific conditions.
The final price shown at checkout after applying an eligible discount is the amount applicable to that transaction.
If a coupon is invalid, expired, unavailable or not applicable to the selected plan, the normal applicable price may be charged.
9. Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment fails and no amount is successfully received, the subscription will generally not be activated until successful payment is confirmed.
If your bank or payment provider shows a debit but ACP BILL does not show a successful payment, please contact support with the relevant transaction details.
We may verify the transaction with the payment provider before taking corrective action.
10. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact ACP BILL as soon as possible.
After verification, a confirmed duplicate payment may be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to payment-provider procedures.
11. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, ACP BILL will normally initiate the refund through the payment method or payment provider used for the original transaction, where supported.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, card account or other payment instrument may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
12. Payment Provider
ACP BILL may use third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay to process payments.
Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider's own terms, policies and technical procedures.
13. Account Termination
If an account is suspended or terminated because of fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or violation of the ACP BILL Terms & Conditions, any refund will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund for previously paid subscription fees.
